ICAO has published Addendum No.1 for Doc 9284 Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air. 2021-2022 Edition.
These amendments are approved and published by decision of the Council of ICAO and should be incorporated into the 2021-2022 Edition of the Technical Instructions (Doc 9284) with an applicability date of 1 January 2021.
